Programs are sold to independent tax businesses. Each office is an independent business that trades under its own name and files under its own EFIN, and is responsible for its own PTIN and licensing. Per-return and related service fees are set out in your service bureau agreement and confirmed in writing before you sign. Bank products and audit assistance packages are provided by third-party providers under their own terms and approval. Nothing on this page is a promise of earnings or of any particular return volume.
